Questions
Everything you need to know
What exactly is the founding member price?
▾
The founding price is $19/month — locked for life. When we open to the public, the price increases to $29.99/month. Founding members keep $19/month forever, regardless of what happens to public pricing. This is a one-time opportunity.
Do I need to connect my shop for the free analysis?
▾
No. The free analysis works with just your title, tags and description — no shop connection, no account required. You paste your listing details and we analyse them. Protect subscribers can optionally connect their shop for automated monitoring.
How does algorithm monitoring actually work?
▾
We track ranking signal changes across Etsy and eBay weekly — monitoring which title structures, tag patterns and listing attributes the algorithm is currently rewarding. When a shift is detected, you receive an alert with specific actions to take.
Can I cancel any time?
▾
Yes. No minimum term, no cancellation fees. If you cancel and later want to re-subscribe, your founding price is no longer guaranteed — so think carefully before cancelling.
Is my listing data stored or shared?
▾
Free analyses are not stored after the session ends. Protect subscribers' listing data is stored securely to power monitoring and alerts — and is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
Which platforms does Optilyst support?
▾
Currently Etsy and eBay. Each platform has its own ranking logic — our AI is trained specifically on each one, not a generic SEO model. Additional platforms are on the roadmap for 2026.
